Emerald Empress Utopia The Sun King Llewellyn	Welcome to Tales of Utopia Since the reign of Queen Partene's golden age, Utopia has grown and prospered. The Bright One has blessed them by making the land expand. But plague and death has turned the tables on the humans, making them the minority to the elves. The new king Llewellyn is about to be crowned. But who killed his father Lamaroth? Was it the race of exploited and betrayed humans? The mysterious tree folk? The harbour itself is made out of gleaming white stone with silver columns raised up and statues of ancient sea faring heroes of the elves such as Prince Lothagon and Captain Maethaer stand on top of them. The Shores of Splendor Below the Horizon Harbour are the Shores of Splendor, dazzling white sands that stretch into a brilliant blue ocean- the Sapphire sea. (Fedema/Mala... The Hopeless Hills A barren wasteland of dull green hills trapped under an invisible wall so that all who enter here cannot escape. Black Rock Fortress (6 sub-boards) The prison of all those both innocent and guilty in Utopia who have noble blood. It is, in many ways a compassionate sentence to be sent here as it is not so much a prison as a palace though dark and bleak as it may seem. The walls are carved from the black rock on which it stands, there are four turrets at each corner of the fortress, shaped like eagles, their wings spreading out over the hopeless hills to give the impression of always being watched. The Crown City of Romen Veritsae (9 sub-boards) The Elven Palace and royal court of King Llwellyn I of Utopia.It has vast towers and exotically built roofs, which flash gold and silver in the sunlight. The walls are glittering sand stone and marble,every window has multi-coloured glass in it and every balcony is covered in wild roses. The Twilight Tower (6 sub-boards) The private chambers of King Llewellyn and his family. It rises from the Pavillions of Promise like a phoenix, as commanding and powerful as its residents. The outside is made of the finest white marble, studded with gemstones that sparkle in the sun. The Sun Square (3 sub-boards) The Sun Square is at the centre of Romen, below the palace. The ground is paved in glittering sandstone slabs, with amber, bronze and copper covered tiles at the middle to create the image of a burning sun with a smiling face- The Bright One's greatest gift. Cartel Court (3 sub-boards) Cartel Court are the luxurious appartements that belong to Lady Aithne Innes, they rise over the sun square opposite the large, glorious fountains at the centre. Yet it is closer to the palace than to the hustle and bustle of the market days so that Aithne is not disturbed by the commoners' noise. It is made entirely out of multi coloured opaque (can't see through it) glass, so when the sun rises, the city is covered in butterflies of bright and vibrant shades and hues. Emerald Isles Enys (5 sub-boards) The large sprawling town where all the humans dwell. The buildings cling in a frightened, huddled mass along the narrow land that leads to the island of Haven Castle. The name Enys means ' by the island' and is ancient Utopian. A lot of the streets are named after famous human rulers- such as Azenaria, Varthor, Arathor and Partene. 4 55 on Apr 4, 2008, 8:02pm by Utopia in Life Passes (Llew) Haven Castle (3 sub-boards) The dwelling place of Lord Beathan and the human court. It is an ancient, crumbling castle on a small island surrounded by a lake with towering mountains on its left side. It is made of grey stone with a roof of slate and strong timber. The castle is reached by a small stone bridge. Avoca The Citadel (4 sub-boards) The main city in which the engels live. It has nine tiers, the first seven are miniature towns, getting smaller as the levels get higher. The eighth is for the current ruler of Avoca and the ninth is the most ancient and holy place in Utopia- the first temple to the Bright One. It rises, turret upon tower, reaching so high into the sky that the top of it was hidden in cloud! It is polished in the sunlight. Hundreds of flags flutter from turrets and candles glittered through stain glass windows. The citadel is built upon layers of rock, like a small mountain, there are gardens, covered walk ways, balconies, verandas, pillars, statues, fountains, small streams and waterfalls flowing from one level to another. 0 0 Dwelling of Ainé and Conan (7 sub-boards) The Engel siblings occupy what is the highest level, reserved only for high-ranking of their kin. The seventh level is a lot smaller than the first one, but is still nice enough to live in. Ainé and Conan have worked a lot on their dwelling and gave it a sophisticated, yet soft and friendly look. It has this ethernal feeling with the scent of herbs always on the air, and the sound of a harp coming from somewhere within. Aure Island The Faery Senate At the heart of Aure Island is a golden gleaming cliff that rises up above all the other buildings and land. It is surrounded by giant silver and gold thorny rose bushes that form a nest around a large multicoloured dome and inside around an enormous marble table sits the Faery Senate, each member on a throne made from different jewels. Queen Anwen's is at the centre and is made out of diamonds. 0 0 The Faer Ground (2 sub-boards) Under the Faery Senate is the Faer ground, where the faery markets are held, the common Faeries live in their various different houses shaped like flowers but made out of bird's nests, cobwebs and never-fading petals. The roads are strewn with stones made to look like blossom and above them rise interlacing elm trees which shelter the houses from powerful rain storms, yet let enough sunlight in. 0 0 The Faery Palace (5 sub-boards) The Faery Palace is made out of shining coral pink marble and is on the outskirts of the Faer Ground. It has turret roofs shaped like roses and wild pink ones climbing up the walls.
